Office of Curricular Affairs' Medical Education Grand Rounds & Journal Club Series

The UConn School of Medicine Office of Curricular Affairs' Medical Education Grand Rounds & Journal Club Series is an educational program designed to provide timely updates and in-depth discussions on a wide range of medical education topics across the continuum of medical education. These topics are selected based on a comprehensive needs assessment conducted among our learners to ensure relevance and impact. Each session features a focused educational topic with clearly defined learning objectives and includes a Q&A segment to encourage interactive learning.

Sessions are generally held once a month on Thursdays during the academic year from 12:00 to 1:00 PM in Massey Auditorium, with a virtual-live option available. Please note that the series observes a 6–8-week summer break between June to August. Our audience includes UConn teaching faculty, staff, and trainees for UConn Medical School and associated affiliated sites.
