Session Description: New and seasoned CLIC faculty preceptors are invited and encouraged to join us for our annual informational session that will equip mentors with all the tools necessary for teaching medical students in their practices. This session will focus on improving faculty precepting, evaluation, feedback techniques, and incorporating students into an actual physician practice with actual, non-simulated patients.
 
Session Learning Objectives:  Participants will (be able to):
1.  Illustrate new ways to improve teaching with greater satisfaction and improved learning by trainees. 
2.  Describe time management techniques to incorporate student learning in the office setting.
3.  Discuss how to construct a summative evaluation including vital/useful components.
