1.  Discuss the relationships among occupational stress, sleep, fatigue, and recovery using the Job Demands Resources and Effort Recovery frameworks.
2.  Discuss key physiological signals and wearable sensor measures used to assess stress and sleep in real world settings.
3.  Discuss how objective physiologic monitoring and analytic methods can help detect stress-related changes and inform occupational or clinical practice.
