Title: A Tale of Two Tremors: When ET Becomes Parkinson's Disease

Session Learning Objectives:  Participants will (be able to):
1.  Differentiate the clinical features of essential tremor (ET) and Parkinson’s disease (PD), including tremor characteristics, associated motor findings, and typical progression patterns.
2.  Discuss key clinical signs and red flags in patients with ET that suggest Parkinsonian features
3.  Recognize established and emerging risk factors associated with the transition from ET to PD
4.  Apply a structured clinical approach to evaluating patients with ET for possible conversion to PD, including appropriate use of examination techniques, longitudinal follow-up, and ancillary testing when indicated
