Learning Objectives:  Participants will (be able to):
1.  Discuss dry gangrene and explain key pathophysiologic mechanisms leading to dry gangrene
2. Discuss the diagnostic features of frostbite-related injury, small-vessel vasculitis and embolic disease secondary to infective endocarditis as        underlying etiologies of dry gangrene
3.  Discuss the initial management strategies for dry gangrene based on underlying etiology
4.  Discuss clinic features and complications of dry gangrene requiring urgent intervention
5.  Discuss underlying etiologies and create management plans in complex presentations of dry gangrene
