1.  Discuss acute severe thrombocytopenia using a structured framework
2.  Differentiate Heparin-Induced Thrombocytopenia vs Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura vs Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation
3.  Discuss how to manage HIT and thrombosis in thrombocytopenia, including initial treatment, refractory HIT, and anticoagulation strategies
4.  Discuss when platelet transfusion is helpful vs harmful
5.  Discuss anticoagulation failure (e.g., DOAC failure)
