1. Discuss the distinguishing clinical and laboratory features of statin-induced IMNM.
2. Discuss the diagnostic algorithm and appropriate use of antibody testing in suspected IMNM.
3. Discuss evidence-based treatment strategies, including initiation of immunosuppression and the roles of neurology, rheumatology, pharmacy, and physical therapy.
