Learning Objectives:  Participants will (be able to):
1.  Review the epidemiology, pathophysiology, and clinical spectrum of extrapulmonary coccidioidomycosis, including relevant environmental and occupational exposures.
2.  Recognize the diagnostic challenges in distinguishing fungal infection from malignancy and review the diagnostic approach to coccidioidomycosis.
3.  Review evidence-based guidelines for the management of extrapulmonary coccidioidomycosis.
