Dr. Nidhi Jain is a third-year Internal Medicine resident at the University of Connecticut. She earned her medical degree from the Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences in India and completed a fellowship in Diabetes Mellitus at the Royal Liverpool & Broadgreen University Hospitals. At UConn, she has shown strong leadership by developing a formal Sleep Medicine elective for residents and through active participation in the I.M.P.A.C.T. Leadership Track, the Clinical Research Track, and the Lifestyle Medicine Residency Curriculum. Her scholarly interests include sleep medicine, cardiometabolic health, and health equity, with multiple peer-reviewed publications and ongoing projects.
