1.  Discuss the core functions of sleep and how normal sleep architecture and regulation change with aging
2.  Discuss common subjective and objective approaches to sleep assessment, including their strengths and limitations in older adult populations
3.  Discuss age-specific factors that influence sleep assessment and interpretation
4.  Discuss a sleep deficiency framework to more comprehensively evaluate sleep health in older adults beyond sleep duration or insomnia symptoms alone
