1.  Discuss the clinical features, diagnostic workup, and bone-marrow findings of IgM multiple myeloma
2.  Discuss hyperviscosity syndrome as an oncologic emergency and understand the role of plasmapheresis
3.  Discuss the workup of pathologic fractures from minor trauma in an elderly patient — distinguishing osteoporotic fragility from malignancy-related lytic lesions
