Session Learning Objectives:  Participants will (be able to):
  1. Define what encompasses an invisible/visible disability.
  2. Discuss the importance of recognizing accessible changes that may help a trainee with a disability succeed.
  3. Discuss barriers that may lead to a patient being unable to follow a care plan.
  4. Illustrate a plan for patients using local resources to help patients be able to access care.
  5. Describe resources available for people with disabilities (trainees/attendings) via GME.
