Title: An Unexpected Obstruction: Beyond What Meets the CTA

Learning Objectives:  Participants will (be able to):
1.  Discuss to cardiac masses and cardiac angiosarcoma: the clinical presentation, differential diagnosis, and outline a systematic diagnostic approach.
2.  Discuss PE/tumor embolus as a complication of right sided cardiac masses.
3.  Discuss pulmonary embolism management pathways in complex clinical scenarios, including patients with concomitant cardiac masses, where standard therapies such as systemic thrombolysis or catheter-directed interventions may be inappropriate or harmful.
4.  Discuss anticoagulation in cardiac masses
5.  Discuss indications for early multidisciplinary collaboration
