Dr. Lynn Sosa received her medical degree from Harvard Medical School in 2002 and completed a residency in internal medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital in 2005.  She served in the Epidemic Intelligence Service with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from 2005-2007, assigned to the Connecticut Department of Public Health.  Since October 2007, Dr. Sosa has been with the Connecticut Department of Public Health where she has served in multiple roles. Dr. Sosa is currently the Director of Infectious Disease and the State Epidemiologist.
