The Infectious Diseases Intercity Grand Rounds holds weekly case conferences to discuss state of the art clinical cases and relevant guidelines. Where guidelines do not exist, we will discuss relevant research articles. The group will use this information to inform discussion of developing a diagnostic or treatment plan appropriate for the case that will inform decision-making and management strategies for future patient interactions. Our audience includes practicing physicians, medical residents and fellows, medical students, and other healthcare professionals such as nurses, physician assistants (PAs), and advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs).
