Session Learning Objectives:  Participants will (be able to):
1. Explain how relapse/failure occurs across many human endeavors and is to be useful to instigate and sustain behavior change
2. Describe and explain how relapse is a term used in addiction and mental health that is stigmatizing and blaming
3. Demonstrate how recycling is a normal part of trial and error (successive approximation) learning
4. Identify new ways to work with clients in discussing and debriefing reoccurrence events and failure to sustain change in order to learn from errors
