Learning Objectives: Participants will (be able to):
1. Discuss the diagnostic approach to patients presenting with unprovoked DVT and cytopenias in the context of possible occult malignancy.
2. Discuss radiologic and pathologic findings associated with rare metastatic patterns of pancreatic adenocarcinoma, including bone marrow and cardiac involvement.
3. Discuss multidisciplinary diagnostic reasoning strategies to improve recognition of atypical cancer presentations in clinical practice.
4. Discuss the role of CPC conferences in fostering clinical reasoning and diagnostic humility.
5. Discuss the pathophysiologic mechanisms linking malignancy, hypercoagulability, and marrow infiltration.
