Directions: Enter from Farmington Avenue, proceed into the roundabout and take the third right. The Outpatient Pavilion is on the left. Parking is available in Garage 1. There is a ground-level entrance to the garage directly across from the building. Entrance to the Outpatient Pavilion is accessible via a pedestrian bridge located on level 3. Cross over to Outpatient Pavilion and take elevator to 7th floor. From elevator, turn Left and continue until you see a glassed-in conference room.
