Session Learning Objectives:  Participants will (be able to):
1.  Compare oncologic and functional outcomes between laser microsurgery and radiotherapy
2.  Develop evidence-based management strategies for treatment and surveillance based on risk stratification
3.  Apply ELS to document cordectomies and utilize AC grading system to stratify recurrence risk independent of T staging
