Session Description: New and returning CLIC faculty preceptors are invited and encouraged to join us for our annual information session that will provide preceptors with the tools necessary for teaching medical students in their practices. This session will focus on improving faculty precepting, evaluation, feedback techniques, and incorporating students into an actual physician practice with actual, non-simulated patients. Curricular review will also be discussed.
 
Session Learning Objectives:  Participants will (be able to):
1.  Illustrate ways to improve teaching with greater satisfaction and improved learning by trainees.
2.  Describe time management techniques to incorporate student learning in the office setting.
3.  Discuss how to construct a summative evaluation including vital/useful components.
4. Describe the CLIC program timeline and curricular goals.
