1. Differentiate TEN-like acute cutaneous lupus erythematosus from drug-induced SJS/TEN usingclinical, serologic, histopathologic, and medication-related features.
2. Identify clinical and laboratory features that support active systemic lupus as a contributor to aTEN-like mucocutaneous eruption.
3. Apply medication chronology, clinicopathologic findings, and current literature to the diagnosticand management approach for severe epidermal necrolysis in patients with SLE.
