Dr. Ruchir Trivedi is an Associate Professor of Medicine in Division of Nephrology, Department of Medicine at UConn Health. His research and clinical interest include diabetic kidney disease, Lupus Nephritis, glomerular diseases and acid base and electrolyte disorders. He is involved with medical education across undergraduate and graduate medical education and has won numerous education awards from students and residents. Dr. Trivedi serves as a medical director of UConn-Avon comprehensive dialysis program. Dr. Trivedi is a fellow of American Society of Hypertension and American Society of Nephrology. He has been elected as a fellow of The Royal College of Physicians, London and serves as an international examiner for MRCP-PACES clinical exam for The Royal College of Physicians, UK. Dr. Trivedi maintains a busy clinical practice at UConn Health and sees patients in Farmington location.
